Hey, we are the Townsend Twins, Chloé and Francesca - 28 year old fitness instructors from Essex.
We have been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years and love helping people keep fit, active and positive!

Our 5 health tips

💚 Regular Exercise - even if it’s going for a walk or having a dance around the kitchen - keeping active is so important!
Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your CV system work more efficiently - it can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Keep moving!

💚 Keep to balanced meals - Eating more fruits and Vegs when you can,
- avoid fad dieting/ meal replacements - they don’t work!

💚 Drink lots of water 💧

💚 Dont worry about what everyone else is doing - focus on you! Social media can sometimes have a negative impact on the way you look at yourself - (body image/diets)
As hard as it is Never compare yourself to others!

💚 Try to set small realistic goals when it comes to fitness and workouts - small steps can lead to big changes!
